Shon Crawford

Shon Crawford is an experienced program leader specializing in Science, Technology, Engineering,, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM) outreach, education, and community-based initiatives. She currently serves as Director of Special Projects and Programs for the Dreams Imagination & Gift Development Program, where she leads the design and execution of youth development programs that integrate STEMM, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness.

In her role as an Outreach Specialist with the SCCMS, Shon supports the expansion of STEMM access across South Carolina. She leads after-school programming throughout Barnwell County, including Barnwell Primary, Barnwell Elementary, Ginyard-Butler Middle, Kelly Edwards Elementary, and Williston-Elko Elementary, ensuring consistent program delivery, partner coordination, and student engagement.

Her work focuses on building sustainable programs, strengthening school and community partnerships, and improving access to high-quality STEMM learning opportunities for underserved populations. She brings over 20 years of experience in operations, program management, and community engagement.

Shon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and applies a practical, results-oriented approach to program development and execution.
